By Dan Schultz, DC I recently reviewed the Institute for International Research's article, What Are the Top Ten Challenges Cited By Scientists in Vaccines Development? . Wow. Oddly, there were no concerns cited whatsoever regarding the many, many safety issues that stare us in the face. So, I compiled my own top ten list -- you may call it a rebuttal or a reality check -- of the concerns for our future. Top Ten Concerns About the Future of Vaccination 1. Overvaccination Many scientists have serious concerns that the human immune and nervous systems did not evolve with any adaptive mechanisms to parenteral (injected) administration of substances. We simply don't know what kind of long-term effects injecting chemicals like formaldehyde, mercury, aluminum, and many other toxic compounds like genetically modified, chemically denatured viruses and bacteria directly into the human blood stream. (See New Study: Americans May Be Overvaccinated) Vaccination is an offense against nature. In the 1800s, we started with just one vaccine -- smallpox -- and in 1982, it was 23 doses of seven vaccines. Until recently it was 48 doses of 14 vaccines by age 6 and now they've added annual flu shots for our kids, HPV and there's more to come. Many more. Meanwhile, there has never been even one long-term safety study for any vaccine in the history of vaccines. 2. Aluminum ToxicityIt took hundreds of years to eliminate (and we still haven't fully accomplished it) mercury from all of medicines "cures." From Blue mass, to Mercurochrome, to "silver" fillings, to thimerosal, this extremely neurotoxic chemical has been approved, used, and banned in so many cases now that pretty much everyone knows that mercury is not a good thing to have in your body. What about aluminum? Well, aluminum has been conclusively linked to Alzheimer's Disease, fibromyalgia, and other neurological disorders. No one knows what else, because no one is much interested in studying what happens, especially, when aluminum is parenterally (injected) into the human system. If history is any barometer, we do know it will take decades to get it out of vaccines. (See Is Aluminum the New Thimerosal? and Aluminum in Vaccines at www.novaccine.com) 3. Microbial Adaptation
Most people already know that flu viruses mutate faster (See Cause of Flu Epidemics Uncovered) than we can make vaccine for them, and a lot of it's guesswork anyway. For example, the medical industry admitted that this year's flu vaccine was worthless. But there are more serious consequences for messing with Mother nature. Germs fight back with vengeance. “Nature abhors a vacuum,” University of Texas microbiologist Danielle Garsin, PhD explains. “If you kill off some of the harmful bacteria, you leave an opening in which another strain can take advantage of that situation.” The superbugs that developed as a result have been a frightening example of the growing problem of antibiotic resistance. (See A Superbug Evolves). A recent Journal of American Medical Association found that "strains not included in the Prevnar vaccine were becoming more numerous and more resistant to standard antibiotics." (See Drug-Resistant Infections Gaining Traction in U.S.)4. ImmunosupressionPeople are getting more and more sick. We don't need studies, just ask around. Ask your grandmother, aunts and uncles how many medications their taking and for how many illnesses. Ask you high school administrator for the numbers of students on Ritalin and Anti-depressants. Viera Scheibner, PhD states "the New England Journal of Medicine published in 1984 that tetanus booster injections result in the same derangement of T4 and T8 cells as seen in AIDS patients. A 'mysterious' new syndrome emerged in the US: thousands of children are developing AIDS symptoms (with deranged T4 and T8 cells) without being HIV positive. My well-considered opinion is that it comes from that T (standing for tetanus) in the DPT vaccine." ( Viera Scheibner Quote) 5. Widespread Allergic and Asthmatic Conditions
When substances are parenterally administered into the human blood stream, the body reacts to the foreign proteins and often creates an allergy, which is exactly what has been shown to happen with latex and gelatin, among other ingredients in vaccines (See Allergy and Vaccinations). One University of Manitoba researcher found that vaccines can cause an allergic reaction and researchers are speculating whether children's immune systems are better able to handle the vaccine's side-effects when they're older. "Children who have their first routine vaccination delayed by more than four months cut their risk of asthma (a form of allergy) in half." Reaction can be acute and more severe, as well. "Three schoolchildren were taken to the intensive care of the city hospital with the most serious allergic reaction - Quincke's edema – after vaccination against influenza. Three boys aged 7, 10, and 11 were taken to hospital from three different schools (See Three Children Taken to Intensive Care After Vaccination Against Influenza). An article in the Guardian recently stated "The number of people prone to severe, sometimes fatal, allergic reactions has accelerated dramatically over the last two years… possible causes could include pollution or vaccines, but experts stressed more research needed to be done. Of particular concern is the sharp rise in the number of young children who are suffering."
6. Future Pandemics/Epidemics.
As one researcher, Andrew Moniotis, PhD convincingly demonstrates in How to Predict Epidemics, that it's uncanny how vaccination has preceded epidemics throughout history. The medical people like to parrot claims that vaccines have eradicated disease, but it's simply not true. Read your history. Get educated. While some are already recognize epidemics of diabetes, obesity, chronic inflammatory disease, and neurological conditions -- all of which can be linked to increased vaccinations -- I wonder what other kinds of epidemics can result from such human experimentation.
7. New Man-Made Diseases.
One must consider the disastrous potential of "monkeying with nature" and the very real possibility of creating new and more dangerous organic matter (bacteria or viruses) that nature did not equip us to handle. No one knows what will happen, but we do know what happened when they made the polio vaccine. Millions of doses of the polio vaccine were contaminated with SV40, a virus picked up from monkey kidney tissue in vaccine production, it was conclusively determined to have caused an untold number of cancers. I invite you to consider the facts involved in the creation of a man-made virus called the Human Immunodeficiency Virus. I recommend viewing the video The Origin of AIDS.
8. Full Corporate Control. Many argue that the pharmaceutical companies already have pervaded all aspects of health care and government policy-making. No longer does the government or universities conduct independent studies on safety or efficacy, but, in most cases, rely on drug company grants or the drug companies simply do the studies themselves. Big pharma representatives occupy most government policy-making positions, and/or influence the decision makers. As in the recent HPV marketing blitz, the drug companies have massive monetary resources available to lobby and push their products through approval and mandates. Nearly every approved vaccine eventually has been mandated nationwide. But it can get worse.
9. Adult Mandates
As the growth potential of the vaccine market taps out the child/infant demographic, the next target is adults. Demographic targets have been shifted before. The Hepatitis B target group was initially adults (IV drug users and homosexuals) and the drug companies mandated it for newborns when they couldn't sell enough. Now it appears that adult revaccination (boosters) and new adult vaccines (like experimental AIDS vaccines) may be the best financial opportunity for vaccine manufacturers. Watch for the resurgence of government fines, tax penalties, jail time, withholding welfare benefits, etc., and a national registry.
10. The AIDS Vaccine
Because HIV is not the cause of AIDS (See the video HIV: The Greatest Medical Hoax of Our Time) and simply the scapegoat for newly named immunosupression, there can never be any legitimately "effective" vaccine, but political and profit-making forces will likely create one. And since, historically, vaccines have proven their ability to cause the disease they are made to protect people from, lining up and getting this shot in the arm may be dicey. As a pediatrician, who has been a fellow of the AAP for two decades, I find the AAP’s approach to the autism epidemic to be deeply disturbing.
Not only have they allowed the myth of better diagnosing (as the reason for all the notice given to affected children) to be perpetuated, but when they were put on notice at the CDC’s Simpsonwood meeting in 2000, that the mercury in the preservative Thimerosal was causing speech delays and learning disabilities, they obfuscated and hid that information. They never made good on their 1999 pledge to have Thimerosal eliminated from vaccines and almost a decade later joined in the protest against a fictitious TV show (Eli Stone) because it was critical of mercury being in vaccine. Out of 132 million doses of the worthless1 flu vaccine for the 2007-08 flu season, 8 million doses are Thimerosal free. That means 94% contain the full amount of Thimerosal.
If a pregnant woman got a flu shot in 2001 and her child followed the flu shot recommendations, the baby/fetus would have received six flu shots with the full amount of Thimerosal by the year 2005.
Today, flu vaccine for those under 3 year of age supposedly do not contain Thimerosal, but with no government agency testing vaccines for mercury, the only ones who know whether these Thimerosal free vaccine (flu or otherwise) actually are mercury free are the manufacturers themselves.
Vaccines with "trace" amounts of Thimerosal are supposed to contain less than 1 microgram of mercury per 0.5 ml dose (1 microgram (ug) Hg per 0.5 ml is the same as 2 ug Hg per ml which is the same as 2000 ug/liter. Micrograms per liter is parts per billion [ppb] [2])
0.5 parts per billion (ppb) mercury = Kills human neuroblastoma cells (Parran et al., Toxicol Sci 2005; 86: 132-140).
2ppb mercury = U.S. EPA limit for drinking water (http://www.epa.gov/safewater/contaminants/index.html#mcls).
20 ppb mercury = Neurite membrane structure destroyed (Leong et al., Neuroreport 2001; 12: 733-37).

25,000 ppb mercury = Concentration of mercury in multi-dose, Hepatitis B vaccine vials, administered at birth from 1991-2001 in the U.S.
50,000 ppb mercury = Concentration of mercury in multi-dose DTP and Haemophilus B vaccine vials, administered 8 times in the 1990's to children at 2, 4, 6, 12 and 18 months of age. Current "preservative" level mercury in multi-dose flu, meningococcal and tetanus (7 and older) vaccines.
For years the Infectious Disease division at the CDC (and others) have said the reason for the dramatic increase in autism is due to "better diagnosing" and "greater awareness." They have encouraged those like the AAP to manufacture uncertainty by publishing articles that were less than truthful. The AAP shamefully played along, perhaps encouraged by the largesse of vaccine manufacturers who significantly contribute to the AAP’s yearly budget.
There is another budget to consider for eighty percent of autistic Americans under the age of 18, and we will soon begin to see a dramatic impact on Social Security in coming years as these children become dependent adults. There are no studies that have found the previously undiagnosed or misdiagnosed autistic individuals among older Americans. They simply aren't there. So what is coming will significantly impact on society.
As there are no genetic epidemics that leaves an epidemic linked to some sort of exposure. Now, the increase of autism has been linked to the increase in mercury exposure through fish and industrial sources, amalgam and additionally, through increased parenteral exposure to Thimerosal - no controlled, randomized study regarding the safety of amalgam or Thimerosal exists.
A recently released Scientific Consensus Statement on Environmental Agents Associated with Neurodevelopmental Disorders (by the Collaborative on Health and the Environment’s Learning and Developmental Disabilities Initiative) concludes that environmental contaminants are an important cause of learning and developmental disabilities.
Delayed detoxification of mercury severely impairs methylation reactions (required for the correct expression of DNA, RNA, and neurotransmitters), which further adversely affects growth factor derived development of the brain and attention abilities. Phospholipid methylation, which is crucial for attention, is impaired in autistic and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders.
In a first analysis of the VSD datasets, Verstraeten (et al) had described a 7.6 to 11.4 fold increase of autism risk in children at one month, with the highest mercury exposure levels compared to children with no exposure. In four subsequent separate generations of the analysis, which involve the exclusion of children with no Thimerosal exposure and less than two polio vaccines, the statistical significance disappeared. This is what was published by the AAP even though they knew the truth. How did they know the truth?
Again, they were present at the Simpsonwood meeting in June 2000, a meeting that was illegal to hold. No Federal agency is allowed to call a meeting together with representatives of private industry (all the vaccine manufacturers were represented at this meeting) without opening the meeting to the public.
Thimerosal was tested only once, by Eli Lilly on 22 adult patients suffering from meningitis. There was no chance for follow- up to observe long-term effects, as all of the patients in this "study" died. Even if follow-up had been possible, damage to the developing brains of very young children would have remained an unknown. Eli Lilly said it was safe and the medical community accepted it. After the creation of the FDA, its use was simply continued. The federal government has never tested the type of mercury in vaccines for toxicity. This is an unconscionable oversight failure at best, at worse it is an example that we have left consensus reality to be created by the liars, thieves, cheats, killers, and the junk scientists they employ.
How it came to pass the AAP joined these rogues and became an active participant in this skullduggery is beyond reason – is even beyond greed. They have remained silent as mercury laden vaccine continue to be exported and used in all third world and second world countries.
We are living in a time where an incredible overplay and lies and self-aggrandizing behavior and non-science is the norm. We have tolerated the junk science that has covered up the true cause of this epidemic at a considerable cost to science, the public, and our very way of life in this country. Is it stretch to realize that by putting our collective heads in the sand about the autism epidemic we have made it possible for the destruction of our very civilization?
Not something easy to contemplate? Then ask why haven’t pediatricians come forward to demand the end of the use of Thimerosal once and for all, and to advocate for the treatment of these children before it is too late? Why are they not at the front of the line protesting the amounts of mercury allowed to come out of coal-fired power plants? Why aren’t they leading the charge to stop the use of mercury amalgam dental fillings that are placed in the mouths of young children and pregnant women?
The very Federal agencies that should have been sounding the alarm bell about environmental pollution creating future generations of mentally disabled citizens did less than remain silent because they have become arms of the very corporations that profit from selling and distributing poisons. Just look who sits on the FDA's Scientific Advisory Boards – the conflicts of interest are so glaring as to suggest that the FDA has become a trade arm of Big Pharma.
Nevertheless, the hand writing is on the wall as the US government has quietly conceded a vaccine-autism case in the Court of Federal Claims.(3) Pediatricians will no longer be able to hide behind the skirts of “Standard of Care” if they are giving autistic children heavy-metal laden vaccines. That is only one step away from giving vaccines and making normal children autistic.
The AAP should be bringing in risk management specialists and be proactive towards how this could affect pediatricians in civil litigation for following the CDC recommendations on vaccinations after a diagnosis of any type of neurodevelopmental delay in a child. This is what they are afraid of and this is what the law of attraction will bring in upon the AAP and the minions of those that just followed the recommendations and drank the Kool-Aid that Big Pharma wanted them to drink.
For all the above reasons, I will no longer enable the AAP to be party to the damage that is being done to the world’s children by sending in my dues for a third decade. It is a token protest, but it has to begin with someone.

Forced Vaccinations - Musings on what the road to Hell is paved with
Call me naive, but I don't think that most people who unquestioningly promote vaccination as the end-all and be-all of preventive health care are evil or have evil intent. In fact, other than a possible select few, I think most ardent vaccine supporters honestly believe they are helping humanity.
Perhaps they are. And if properly designed studies ever are conducted, time will tell.
Regardless of their intent, however, I do not view their unwavering support as benign, fair-minded or responsible.
For as the saying goes, the road to Hell is paved with good intentions.
In the past week, pavement of that road has appeared to bring us closer than ever to that wretched place. I am referring, of course, to recent efforts to force vaccination in Maryland by threatening parents with jail.
There are so many aspects of this story that are alarming, it is hard to know where to begin. But let me start with what I once said in a speech, from which I will be quoting: "We parents deserve the right to choose what we feel is best for the children we love, and for whom we are responsible. No one else will be expected to care for our children if the vaccines or diseases maim them. No one else’s heart will be broken like ours if they are killed or otherwise harmed."
No one, indeed.
Of course, the all-trusting supporters of vaccination will argue that vaccine damage is minimal and that the benefits outweigh the risks. But as anyone who has read my column knows, from what I can tell and have provided credible evidence for, those studies that purport to show zero to minimal damage are based on flawed research, which includes, in part 1) improper comparisons between vaccinated groups and the failure to include any never-vaccinated people as controls, 2) outright dismissal of virtually all anecdotal and other evidence, as well as failure to properly follow up on any of it, and 3) dismissal of biological evidence in support of damage claims.
But even if vaccines had been genuinely shown to be mostly safe, there are some very insidious things going on here. As the National Vaccine Information Center has aptly warned, "If it happens to your child, the risks are 100%". Thus, implied in the argument that damage is minimal is a dismissal of the harm done to some children. I would submit that the amount of harm vaccines do is unknown. But even if it were small, the implication is that vaccine damage or death is less important than disease damage or death, or that all that matters is sheer numbers. And although most would not say this directly, also implied is that vaccine-harmed children are less important than disease-harmed ones.
Vaccine-damaged children are also often treated like drafted casualties in our war again disease. It is as if being drafted for this purpose is inherently a good thing, an honorable thing, that vaccine risk is obviously a risk well worth taking. Even if it were a good thing, however, isn't it a risk that the parents of the potentially damaged child should be allowed to take? Is it right to force vaccinations on anyone? Does the end justify the means?
And isn't the very subtle implication that only death or harm from disease is "bad"; that death or harm from a vaccine is somehow okay or "good", because it is in support of the "cause" of "public health"?
Also implied in the argument that it is okay to force vaccination is the notion that "you", an unwilling vaccine participant, should be forced to vaccinate your child(ren) to protect "my" (the one who seeks protection) child(ren) from disease. There are two major problems with this argument, First, why should someone be required to risk their child for another? What makes the child being "protected" more important than the "protector"?
Second, if the vaccines work, anyone choosing them will be protected. If they don’t prevent the spread of the disease to the vaccinated, why are we vaccinating? It hardly seems right that those who don’t want to be vaccinated should have vaccination forced on them because vaccines don’t always work.
And to whatever extent vaccines are being required because the 'immune suppressed' cannot be vaccinated, and are more vulnerable to the adverse effects of disease, while my heart goes out to such people, they are not more important than children who are harmed by vaccines. Nor should the notion that vaccination may in itself be creating immune suppression be left out of this equation.
Besides there is documented proof of outbreaks in 100% vaccinated populations.
The irony is, of course, that even if they don't recognize it, those who support forcing vaccination are doing so precisely because they don't believe in the effectiveness of vaccines.
Besides, where is the sense of history, the recognition that medicine as practiced and promoted has often been found to be lacking or even just plain, dead wrong?
But even if we were to assume virtually 100% effectiveness and safety of vaccines, is forcing vaccines in a free society ever justified? As I said in that speech, "I also consider any notion of 'public health' to be suspect, which sacrifices the individual to some alleged higher goal. Many of us find it way scarier that the state would sacrifice children to someone's idea of the common good, than to take our chances with Mother Nature. Who decides? What's the right number? Who's counting? Even in wartime, the draft of adults is only used very judiciously and sparingly. We also go to considerable effort to avoid enemy civilian casualties. Yet we seem to think nothing of sacrificing our own innocent children."
Our brave soldiers have fought and died, and will continue to fight and die, in order to protect us from tyranny which threatens our freedom and way of life, including what the Declaration of Independence "hold(s) to be self-evident", the right to "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness".
Do we really want to force vaccination and violate this most basic American right? Do we really want to pave that road?

The greatest of medical detectives, the most loving of parents and the most genius of scientists can't seem to unravel the world of autism and the mystery of what may cause it. Now growing numbers of parents and doctors are declaring war to help find answers for the millions not yet touched by it.
As we searched for answers, we met some young warriors in the fight to defy science and stereotypes: Students of Miami's pioneering Victory School. Some of their parents share the nightmare Rick Blackburn lives. His son showed common symptoms of the onset of autism within days of getting vaccinated and was near death at only 18 months.
"We immediately took him to the emergency room and they couldn't do anything about the high fever, listlessness and the vomiting so they admitted him. Doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong with him and they were warning us that he may perish. That he was not going to make it," said Blackburn.
What followed was chilling. "What really was amazing was that we started running across parents in large numbers with the same exact story," said Blackburn That's no surprise says, pediatrician, Dr. Eric Ryndland who is considered one of the nations foremost experts on autism and controversial in his public concerns over what he considers a potential safety risk of vaccines for some children and the urgent need he says for all parents to take charge of the decision to vaccinate or not.
When asked if the decision to vaccinate or not could put a child in danger, Ryndland responded, "Absolutely. The vaccines sometimes are the straw that breaks the camel's back. The question is if the immune system is overloaded with too many vaccines over too short a period of time, or sometimes, in some cases where children are very susceptible, even one vaccine might cause a problem."
Rydland says there are many theories of why the mercury based preservative thimerisol captured headlines and was, according to the CDC, removed at their request from most childhood vaccines. Ryndland says it might not be the mercury but injections of multiple viruses into young children who may have compromised immune systems that could present a possible risk of triggering a variety of neurological problems. The CDC reports that no link has been found between the common measles, mumps and rubella Vaccines and neurological disorders. Frank Maye treats hundreds of autistic children and says he is haunted by the faces of parents struggling with the horror of the so-called lost children. As a former Miami-Dade detective turned holistic clinician, he is in the investigation of his life, trying to determine if there is a link between children getting vaccinated and autism, which he says is presenting in high numbers at the 18-month mark. "To me there are too many kids that have come in that have regressed at 18 months for it not to be something for us to look at," said Maye.
He confirmed that 80% of children diagnosed with autism develop problems at 18 months of age, and not at birth--a percentile he found shocking. "Absolutely shocking. We need to do something that is going to investigate that 18-month aspect and come up with and answer. I've looked all over the country. The pattern seems to be that the children that have a problem around 18-months have reacted to every vaccination whether they have had a 101 fever for about 24 hours and it has gone away," said Maye. Again, the CDC reports there is no link between autism and vaccines but that its major study into this is due out next year. COMMENT: If it was negligence or ignorance, the CDC, the FDA, the IOM, and American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) would at least occasionally err on the side of parents and admit that at least some children become autistic after vaccination. But the stanch, uniform and steel-hard agreement that there is NO POSSIBLE LINK between vaccines and autism increases the suspicion about a cover-up and lessens the trust in those persons who make the decisions. Remember that humans make those decisions, not institutions. How can those humans remain so completely disconnected from the rest of our society? Is it arrogance? Is it to protect their reputations? Is it that they simply do not want to admit that they have been wrong? Or, is it like most areas of concern in this country...is it really about money? Nearly 32% of the CDC's annual $8.2billion budget is allocated to vaccines....and CDC members, such as Dr. Walter Oreinstein and the Advisory Committee of Immunization Practices (ACIP) are complaining that it isn't enough and many more billions are needed to ensure that we are all vaccinated. If you think that you are past having to worry about vaccines because your children are already in school, think again. In May, 2007, the CDC announced its new initiative called "The Promise and Challenge of Adolescent Immunization." Your teens are now in the cross-hairs of the vaccine manufacturers and considered "untapped market share." For example, Menactra, the college meningitis vaccine, focused on specific risk groups. The new recommendation will be routine vaccination of all adolescents 11 through 18 years of age, even though FDA has issued a warning that this vaccine can caused Guillian-Barre syndrome. All teens will now be at risk of contracting this deadly complication. Here's a sampling of what is under development for Teen Vaccines:
- Modifications in the adolescent health care infrastructure to support the additional needs generated by new vaccines. [fabricating need is implied~ST]
- Standardization and clarification of consent laws for the administration of vaccinations to minors. [Changing laws to enforce vaccination ~ST]

Belief is a funny thing and I do find the whole idea very interesting.
I recently had a discussion that provoked new thoughts on the subject. A very casual conversation turned deep the moment this (previously unknown) person said that "everything either contained demons or God." "Everything?" I responded. "Yes, everything." As usual, I'm actually not very interested in WHAT people believe, but I much more interested in why they believe it -- so I quickly went to work to get to the bottom of it, where all the juicy tidbits are found.
"Can I ask you some questions?" I said and she was most obliging in agreeing and answering honestly. I asked if she had thought of this idea on her own and she said she did not. I asked who told her that and she admitted it was a preacher, from church. I asked if she had ever seen any demons or heard them and she confessed that she had never sensed them in any way. I asked if all churches believe this and she supposed that they did not. I asked if mathematics contained either demons or God and she scratched her head. No answer to that one. I summed it all up. "So your saying that someone at a church told you about this idea, not all churches say this but this one does, you hadn't thought it all through yet, but you're telling others about this idea, stating it as fact, and even saying others should be believing this, too.
Why? "Why did you choose to believe this?" I asked, and a few minutes later she was kind of fuzzy on the whole thing.
When I arrived home, the same kind of questions came to mind regarding vaccination. I've had countless conversations on the subject. The vast majority, say 99 to 99.999 perent, I'm estimating, throw out something like, "well, why would they recommend them, then" or "I trust my doctor" or "I don't want to catch these diseases" which is as valid of a responses as any other, but doesn't answer the question. Very few will actually answer the question and I can tell you from experience that when they do, the answer is... FAITH. They have faith in technology, their doctor, the "system" or the like. And I've never met anyone who has researched the topic of vaccination with an open mind (not vested or biased) that still chose to "believe" in vaccines.
Belief. there's that word again. It has religious connotations, doesn't it. So I conducted a search. Churches? Sacraments? Holy Grails? Religious convictions? Beliefs? All have become the common lexicon of what can only be called the Church of Modern Medicine. I didn't coin this phrase. Robert Mendelson, M.D. did -- a renowned, respected, celebrated authority within the profession/church of medicine. I implore anyone who wishes any kind of light to be shed on the subject, the seekers of Truth, to divorce themselves of faith and belief when it comes to what we put inside our bodies. Something else must be embraced here; logic, common sense, anything but faith. This is the story of the Feebles Disease and the Little Feebles Vaccine. It’s an unlikely story, but one you’re probably heard before -- if you had the ears to hear it.
Once upon a time there was a neverland ruled by a Big Bad Pharma Giant. This heartless, insatiable Pharma Giant wanted nothing more than to own all the gold in the land, so the sent the Little Feebles Vaccine out to get it. Let’s see if the extraordinary cast of characters can help the Little Feebles Vaccine work its way through the neverland maze of obstacles to get to the pot of gold on the other side!
The Little Feebles Vaccine was sad, because he didn’t have a purpose in life. The Feebles Disease was very rare, had been on the decline on it’s own for many years, and didn’t do much harm anyway. The Feebles Disease wasn’t much of an arch-enemy, as it could even be good for you!
But Big Pharma was a clever giant and worked up a scheme. And he knew that a steady decline of a Disease was the perfect time for Little Vaccines to rescue the Ignorant Townspeople and his best chance to snatch up the gleaming, sought-after pots of gold. The Giant’s statisticians, psychologists and writers knew just what to say in their press releases and the Obliging Senationalizing Media was happy to print them, word for word:
”Feebles Disease Running Rampant In Certain Areas Of Neverland; Epidemics May Follow.”
”People Suffered Horribly, Lose Time From Work Because Of Devastating Feebles Disease.”
“Purchased Government Officials Say Feebles Disease Could Mutate And Kill Over 2.8 Billion People.”
“Come get a Feebles Vaccine: It’s FREE, And It Could Save Your Life.”
The Ignorant Townspeople were scared. Now the Little Feebles Vaccine could begin his big adventure, because people stop thinking when they’re scared.
Soon, the Little Feebles Vaccine journeyed throughout neverland. Surprisingly (for a little fellow), he hurt many of the Ignorant Townspeople. The people were angry. But the Pharma Giant and his minions went on repeating that the Little Feebles Vaccine could not possibly hurt anyone, because he was good. They knew that if you keep repeating something, most people will start to repeat it, too. Besides, the Ignorant Townspeople were too busy to investigate the cause of the suffering for themselves. It was easier just to blindly trust someone and to follow the rest of the Ignorant Townspeople. Whew! That feels better.
Still, many people were complaining about serious conditions that the Little Feebles Vaccine had caused on his adventure – and they were suing the Big Pharma Giant, who was losing many pots of gold. Oh, no! But because the Giant had lots of gold left, and gave some to some Purchased Government Officials who fixed it so that none of the Ignorant Townspeople could ever sue the Giant again. That’s a relief!
But too many of people throughout the land still weren’t accepting the Little Feebles Vaccine. The Giant was angry. Not nearly enough gold was being collected -- never enough. What to do? Then the Giant got to thinking some more. What if the Purchased Government Officials forced the people to accept the Little Feebles Vaccine? He thought that it was crazy enough that it just might work. And it did!
Now, the Big, Bad Pharma Giant could send out more Little Vaccines into the world, even against diseases that the Little Vaccines had caused! It was marketing genius.
So the Big, Bad Pharma Giant, the Little Feebles Vaccine and their impressive cast of supporters lived happily ever after…. That is, until the sequel comes out. It’ll written by Truth and Justice. It’s sure to be a best seller because Truth, it has a certain ring to it and Justice, she always prevails -- coming out soon.

People come to me essentially expressing concerns that symptoms have become unbearably uncomfortable and inconvenient. The average person will tolerate unbelievable amounts of the body’s distress signals. After weeks, months, or years of suffering and drugging themselves into other disease processes, they come to me, mostly, as a last resort.
What’s seems odd to me is that there is often no regard whatsoever for their health and only a distant worry about accumulating permanent damage -– only the short-sighted desire to be symptom-free. The fact is that the average American hasn’t any tangible idea of what health really is, nor do they have the time or inclination to consider it in the busy, overwhelming lives they have chosen. It is unfortunate and it is true. Ours has become a culture of convenience and comfort.
Examples of this are varied and plentiful. Pain, muscle spasm, inflammation, and fevers are well known to be an integral and necessary part of the reparative, healing process, but they are fearfully avoided like the proverbial plague. For example, instead of actually restoring a healthy cardiovascular system, people take a pill to lower their blood pressure when they know perfectly well that they could lower it naturally making better lifestyle choices. But that might be uncomfortable. And the pill is so convenient.
In the same way, the entity of disease is a good and necessary cog in Mother Nature’s natural machine. Scientists know full well the benefits of disease in priming and maturing the human immune system. Immunity is learned by an intelligent system and it was designed by Nature or God or Evolution to do so with all of the symptoms and conditions that we pejoratively label “disease.” Vaccination is merely an attempt to cheat the body of this process in the name of comfort and convenience.
Even death from disease has an undeniable benefit to humanity, although it may be unfashionable to say it. I’m saying it. In the same way that we now understand that forest fires are necessary to sustain healthy forests, we must also accept that disease is nature’s means to pare away the genetically susceptible with disease. Microbes maintain a healthy gene pool for humans just as wolves pick off sickly moose and leave the herd with strong survival qualities. There is no other way.
Diseases, like the symptoms of joint pain, are there for a reason and are not meant to be “eradicated.” This is a larger perspective of what happens, microscopically, within us. Microbes are always there, but only begin replicating (and creating symptoms) when we lack life-force; they eat up dead or dying cells when true health or vitality is diminished.
Mankind tends to be extremely arrogant in dismissing this truth. I’ve heard it said, “if our vaccine can just save one human life, it’s worth poisoning entire generations.” They didn’t use those words exactly or emphasize the deaths and mass-scale suffering caused by their artificial, invasive experiments -- but that’s what they say.
Our culture is most definitely one of comfort and convenience. Vaccination is merely one example. Just as mankind has created nuclear and biological weapons, vaccinationists have unwisely asked "can we?" before we have asked "should we?"
Vaccination is man’s futile attempt to avoid the unpleasant processes of life at any cost. It is our foolish effort to dominate nature in yet another way. It highlights the feeble idea of regarding educated intelligence over innate intelligence. It is, in the end, stupidity.

Vaccination, since it’s formal inception in 1796, has been a subject of violent controversy. Controversy, by it’s very nature, maintains some degree of rigidity in it's opposing views. Debate follows: Are the risks worth the benefits? Is the disease worthy of mass or forced vaccination policies? How do we measure efficacy or long-term adverse effects?
For many people, just following the crowd is good enough for them. Others simply abdicate their responsibilities to a “professional.” They “trust” another to know and decide for them. The underlying question lingers, “Is the crowd mentality or popular medical opinion worthy of our trust without further individual analysis?”
The baby boomers broke loose from blindly following authority as their distinct generational signature and succeeding generations have continued this trend. Increasingly, as a result of this new, independent thinking paradigm – and regardless of generation or demographic -- parents are questioning the value of vaccination. But, who and which information does the individual trust to make decisions?
To avoid feelings of doubt, guilt or remorse, two methods can be used to arrive at solid conclusions; induction and deduction. Recruiting the perspectives of both are necessary to arrive at certainty -- and certainty is what people are looking for.
Inductive thought
Inductive reason gathers data from multiple sources, then tabulates and evaluates their interrelated meanings. This means doing your homework. This site (www.novaccine.com) is designed to redress the balance of information and provide you with a comprehensive palette of resources available for your study. Even after one has made their decision, educating ones’ self allows them the ability to competently educate others and explain or justify their position.
We induce from both empirical (experiential) and the scientific sources understanding that there is significant bias involved in forming nearly everyone’s conclusions. The ever-changing popular opinions and flip-flopping conclusions of poorly designed "studies" can be frustrating. For example, 20 years ago the newspapers and magazines touted with certainty that butter was bad for you. They highly recommended margarine, instead. This position was abruptly followed by the authoritative belief that just the opposite was true. But people who educated themselves in a broader sense – from other than headlines and hearsay – gained the perspective and foresight to choose responsibly.
Personally, I have never met anyone who objectively and thoroughly studied vaccination from both sides and nonetheless chose to inject their children with vaccinations. In fact, many studies show that the more highly educated a parent is, the less likely they are to vaccinate.(1) My experience also has shown me that ignorance, it seems, is the breeding ground for the irresponsible to point, blame and to become victims.
Deductive thought
The deductive process is entirely different.. As opposed to looking outside yourself for the answers, it means looking inside. What lasting principles or truths have you come to rely on? Deep philosophical tenets of natural principle, tradition, religion, or metaphysics can guide you. Possibly you have come to trust axioms like "Natural is always better" or "God doesn't make mistakes." Some choices need no structured knowledge and come in the form of intuition. Indeed, relying on inner wisdom can be a freeing experience. Deducing means utilizing timeless or trusted truths -- and it's every bit as valid as inductive reason -- sometimes more so.

Every day I’m at the office about a hundred people breath in my face as I check their cervical spine (I’m a chiropractor). I smile at them. I like to shake people’s hands, too –- all kinds of people -- in the grocery store, at the dry cleaners, and at my daughter’s basketball games. I rarely wash my hands afterward. And, I don’t shower every day, either.
I’ll stop there before somebody calls to have me quarantined.
Should I be wearing a surgical mask to keep out all these germ-bearers’ disease-harboring bacterial flora? Should I ask them to keep their germs to their self? May be I should wake up every morning and suit up in Mission Oriented Protection Posture gear (MOP suits)? How much of a bubble should I be living in?
Nawww. The fact is ... I love germs.
Have a cold? I’ll drink from your cup. Mine runneth over. We were the first to scurry our children across the street for a chicken pox party. I welcome germs for the very opportunity they are.
Am I a nut? The medically indoctrinated/fixated usually think so. However, the proof, as my grandfather used to say, is in the pudding (but the actual proverb goes "the proof of the pudding is in the eating and proof").
I haven’t had a cold or flu in 26 years. It was the fall of 1981. I’m afraid it’s true. Am I superman? I don’t think so. I believe, to a significant degree, that my lack of fear for germs may be one of my best defenses. May be we're all supermen and superwomen and fear is some kind of kryptonite.
All the while, obsessive-compulsive, germophobia is nearing mass hysteria proportions in the United States. Antibacterial soaps are best sellers at the supermarket. Anti-septic wipes are everywhere. There’s a new $60 device out that sprays a hospital-grade disinfectant on doorknobs every 15 minutes.
We’re so clean that scientists now believe that the increase in asthma and allergies may be caused, in part, by too little germs, dust, and dander. Are "individuals are losing their bodily ability to fight off certain diseases" due to germophobia?

One of the central themes to Jared Diamond’s excellent treatise Guns, Germs and Steel (http://dannyreviews.com/h/Guns_Germs_Steel.html) was that civilizations effectively survived, flourished, and conquered by densely populating and sharing all their germs. It matures and evolves the human immune system, it seems.

But what about HIV? I read Duesberg’s work and, whoa, he demonstrates that HIV doesn’t even cause AIDS. The vast majority of AIDS patients were immune compromised from chronic use of recreational or prescription drugs (like AZT), or suffer from malnutrition. It’s a good read.

Miracle drugs? Doctors with God complexes? Wonders of Modern Medicine?
There is so much around us and within us that is awesome.
No science can explain, let alone reproduce, the miracle of conception. No academician can ever approach, and certainly not exceed, the magnificent design of nature. No laboratory can grasp nor improve upon, the unexplainable wonders of life‘s workings. The most advanced computers in the world cannot come close to what one human child can do with his mind. Our scientists have created amazing robots, but not one can perform as well as a human hand. Life is the only true mystery.
Have you gained any sense of the mysterious, divine, unknown, or unknowable?
It has been said that it is inherent in all men to seek that which is greater than themselves. Awed and humbled, we are more connected with whatever one defines as God or spirit.
We want to believe.
The desire to believe is so strong that those who believe in nothing thing will fall for anything.
And magicians are there to trick us by fooling the senses
And drug dealers are there to tempt us through false ecstasy
And scientist are there to amaze us with technological complexity
And companies are there to profit from selling us fear, then comfort.
And authorities are there to force compliance by exploiting our ignorance.
There’s a part of each of these professionals that is well aware that you want to believe. They will gladly bring their wares to your door, billboards, books, televisions, radios, newspapers, all around you -- so there‘s no need to look for the true beauty in life. They will sell you something that should be free by appealing to your imagination, gullibility, or ignorance. The cost? Money, sure enough. But, as psychologists tell us, it is human nature to do it for power, control and the need to be right.
If they repeat anything long enough, most others will begin to say it, too. They know that if most people begin to repeat it, it becomes an accepted truth.
Indeed, to err is human, but our most grievous errors are confusing the things of man and earth as divine.
